We design and manufacture our products in the United Kingdom. Some items are made to order using our in-house print-on-demand production process.

2. Our Products

We design and manufacture all products ourselves. We do not dropship products from third parties.

Some items are:

  • Held in stock
  • Made to order (print-on-demand)

We sell physical fancy dress costumes and related accessories for UK delivery only.

  • We reserve the right to withdraw or change products at any time

4. Placing an Order

When you place an order:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email.
  • A contract between you and TABARDO LTD is formed once we accept and dispatch your order.

We reserve the right to cancel orders where:

  • There is a pricing error
  • Stock is unavailable
  • Payment cannot be authorised

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

5. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£).
  • Prices include VAT (if applicable).
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect confirmed orders.
  • Payment must be made in full before dispatch.

We accept payment by:

  • Credit and Debit Cards
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

We are not responsible for charges or failures caused by third-party payment providers.

6. Delivery (UK Only)

  • We only deliver within the United Kingdom
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for courier delays outside our control
  • Risk passes to you once the goods are delivered
  • You must ensure the delivery address is correct

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-delivery costs.

7. Returns & Cancellations (Distance Selling)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn and in original packaging
  • Costumes must be returned exactly as supplied
  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery
  • Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Items made to your specification
  • Goods that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons once opened

This includes certain made-to-order print-on-demand products.

8. Hygiene & Costume Use Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Costumes that show signs of being worn, damaged, altered, stained or odorous cannot be refunded
  • Face paints, wigs, masks, make-up, underwear and hosiery are non-returnable once opened

This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty goods.

9. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographic evidence
  • We will offer a replacement, repair or refund in line with UK Consumer Law

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, logos, images and text, is the property of TABARDO LTD.

You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

11. Liability

We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of profit, income or business
  • Allergic reactions or misuse of costumes
  • Injuries caused by incorrect use or wear of costumes

All costumes are sold for novelty use only and should be worn responsibly. Adult supervision is required for children.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Your statutory consumer rights

Our liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.
