1. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

If you purchase goods online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing at:

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unworn
  • Items must be in their original condition
  • Items must include all original packaging, tags and accessories

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Items made to your specification
  • Goods that are sealed for hygiene reasons and have been opened

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or worn:

  • Wigs
  • Face paints & makeup
  • Masks
  • Hosiery & underwear

This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method
  • Standard delivery costs will be refunded where required under law
  • Express or upgraded delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty

We may reduce the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.


5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a remedy if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.

If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect:

  • Contact us as soon as possible at sales@tabardo.co.uk
  • Provide details and photographs where possible

If a fault is confirmed, we will:

  • Offer a repair, replacement, or refund
  • Cover reasonable return postage costs

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
